Megan graduated from the Illinois Institute of Art Chicago with a degree in Culinary Arts. Big brains and better food, Megan has been keeping you and your family filled with wood-fired pizza since we opened. This lass has more curds than whey - that's for damn sure.

Anthony is a legend in the pizza game and the Southside restaurant scene. Speak softly and carry a big stick - or pizza peal - in Anthony's case. He grinds it out in the kitchen every day. Anthony has a black belt in the culinary art of cooking with wood.
